Foothill Auxiliary members develop life-long friendships as they work together to provide essential fundraising, financial, and volunteer support for Peninsula Family Service (PFS). We meet monthly to socialize, organize volunteer activities, and plan fundraising events to benefit PFS.
In 2018 our annual event, Holidays On a High Note, raised over $65,000. In June 2019, we hosted our first spring fundraiser, Bourbon, Boots ‘n Bling, netting over $20,000 in support of PFS’s older adult services. In addition to fundraising, Foothill Auxiliary members volunteer directly at PFS client centers, organize back-pack, book, and other drives to provide essentials for PFS clients, and donate gifts to make the holidays a little brighter for the most vulnerable members of our community.
